Yes. SparkyEstimate is built for Canadian contractors coast to coast. The code logic follows the CEC, your tax rates and permit fees are fully configurable, and provincial amendments stay where they belong: with you and your inspector.
The code logic is a deterministic CEC rule base with clause citations, calibrated on real Canadian residential jobs. It is not an AI guessing at the code, and nothing reaches a quote without your review. You can also upload your own copy of the CEC and ask Sparky to quote it directly.
